1. Outlook Home Tab
Org Chart* | You can create or upload an organizational chart to find the right person to talk with. |
Read Receipt | You can get a notification when a recipient opens your email. |
Scheduled emails | You can see all scheduled emails by clicking this Scheduled emails. |
More Options | You can activate the right corner panel menu by clicking More Options. Once the panel is active, you can see more features such as an organization chart, large file attachment, template, mailing list, and memo. |
Chatting | You can see all of your chat lists by clicking this icon. |
Notifications | You can get all notifications for new emails, read receipts, and chat. |
Filebox | You can view all of the large files you've attached through totle. |
Settings | You can change settings for emails, notifications, and google account sync. |
Manage Spam | You can manually report received emails as spam or safe and the reportings will be shared with all of the users. |
Response Options | You can set detailed response options when you reply emails. |
2. totle Tab
General | Update | You can update your program to the latest version. |
Settings | You can change settings for emails, notifications, and google account sync. | |
Search | Search Memos | You can search for the memo you've added to emails. |
Search Attachments | You can search large file attachments you've attached to emails. | |
Advanced | Remove Duplicates | You can remove duplicated emails. |
Export | You can export all email addresses from your Outlook items. | |
Etc. | File Explorer | You can easily attach files from your desktop, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams by Drag & Drop. |
Admin | Manage Org. | You can manage your organization chart here. * Org Chart is available from the Business plan. |
3. Outlook New mail → Message Tab
Org Chart | You can directly edit and preview HTML sources in Outlook. You can create or upload an organizational chart to find the right person to talk with. |
Attach Large File | You can attach large files by clicking this icon. |
Attach Folder | You can attach folders by clicking this icon. |
Attach Images | You can attach images using this feature. |
Attach Media | You can attach the media file here. |

Sending Options | You can choose multiple sending options here. (Save sent item folder, Auto delay delivery, Read receipt, Separate sending, Schedule sending, Secure sending, Macro sending) |

View | View HTML Source | You can directly edit and preview HTML sources in Outlook. |
View in Browser | You can view HTML sources in the browser. | |
View in Mobile | You can view the mobile version of HTML sources. | |
Template | Sender Macro | You can use macros to add the sender's information to the email body text. |
