Sync google account with Outlook

1) How to sync google calendar with Outlook

  • Open your Outlook
  • Click the Calendar icon in the left-hand column.
  • Click Home and then Calendar Sync.
  • Once the Sync Calendar pop-up window appears, click Add calendar button at the bottom of the window.
  • Click Sign in to sync with your Google account.
  • Enter your Google ID and password to log in to your account.
  • Click Allow to access your Google account.
  • Once the sync is completed, you will find your synced google calendar in the bottom left-hand column.
  • Make sure to check the synced calendar to see the details.

2) See your updated Outlook Calendar events.

  • If you've made any changes to Google calendar, you have to click Sync Now to see the updated items in Outlook.
  • If you update your calendar in Outlook, the changes will automatically be synced.

If you've made any changes to Google calendar in Outlook, the updated contents will be synced automatically.

 If you've made any changes to Google calendar, you have to click Sync Now to see the updated items in Outlook.
