Email Templates

  • You can create and use email templates using totle. If you're using the same format frequently, you can save the format as an email template and use the template whenever you want. You don't have to create an email from scratch, you can save your time and respond faster than before.
  • You can use email templates for
    • Announcements
    • Signature
    • Leave Request
    • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales Reporting
    • Quotation
    • Newsletter
    • Etc.

* Email Templates are only available with paid subscriptions.

1) Create Email Templates in Outlook

  • Select Home → New Email
  • Create email drafts for saving as a template 
  • And then click More Options.
  • Once the More Options panel is activated, click the template tab.
  • And then, click the New Template button to save your template.
  • When the New Template window appears, fill in your email template name.
  • And then set separate options for your template.
    • Sender address
    • To, Cc,  and bcc
    • Preset separate and macro sending options
    • Attachments
  • When your template is saved successfully, you can find the template on the right template pane.

2) Change the Existing Email Templates

  • Double-click the template you want to change.
  • Your template will appear on your screen. 
  • Edit your email and save the changed email by clicking Save right next to the New Template button.

3) Compose an Email Using a Template in Outlook

  • Select Home → New Email
  • Click More Options to activate the right side pane in Outlook.
  • Click the Template tab in the pane.
  • Select the template you want to use and double-click the template.
  • You can see the template in the compose area.
  • If you want to delete all existing email contents in the email compose area, please check to Overwrite current contents.
