Multiple Sending Options

Schedule Sending?

  • Schedule Sending allows you can choose the date and time you want the email delivered.
  • You can set the time every 10 minutes and send your email even if Outlook or your computer is turned off.

1) Test and Save Settings for Schedule Sending

  • Click on New Email to open a New Message window to compose an email
  • Click on Message → Sending Options →Schedule Sending
  • The schedule sending pop-up window will appear.
  • Set your account setting first
    • If you're using an SMTP account, enter your user ID and Password.
    • Click Test Connection and Save
  • If you click Test Connection and Save button, you'll receive "Test Email Message" email. If the connection is successful, you'll see the pop-up window below.
  • Click OK to close the window.

2) Schedule your email

  • Click on Message → Sending Options →Schedule Sending
  • Select Recipient's Time Zone.
  • Set the time you want the email delivered.
  • Click the Schedule button.

3) Cancel Schedule Sending

  • Click on sent items → Home tab →  Scheduled emails.
  • If you click the scheduled emails icon, the Reservation pop up window will appear.
  • You can see all of your scheduled emails in the Reservation window.
    • You can check the email type and the recipient name and the exact scheduled date and time and the status of the scheduled sending.
  • If you'd like to cancel your email sending, check the checkbox of your email and click the Cancel Reservation button and click Yes to cancel your sending.
  • Once your sending is canceled, the status change to Sending Canceled.
