Directly report and mark email messages as spam in Outlook
1. Manage Spam Emails in Outlook.
You can manage your spam mail in Outlook. You can report your received emails and mark them as safe or spam. The reported data is shared with other users so that they can identify spam mail more efficiently.
2. Report Spam Emails
Click on Inbox and select the email you want to report as spam.
Click Home → Manage Spam or Message → Manage Spam.
Click Mark as safe or Mark as spam depending on the email contents you received.
If you mark the email as safe, the Safe icon will appear with a green smile icon.
You can find more detailed reporting data by clicking the drop-down menu.
Click Manage Spam.
Select Reporting Type and then click the Report button.
If you mark the email as spam, the Caution icon will appear with an orange worried face icon.
