How can I send emails to members of a department?



You can send emails to all members of a department with ease!

By enabling and configuring the option in Manage Organizational Chart, you can send emails to all members of a department .


1. Click Manage Organizational Chart from the totle menu in Outlook.

2. Check the Show department email checkbox at the bottom right. (Enable the option)

3. Organizational Chart > Select company and department > Add the email shared by the department > Save

※ Because a shared mailbox uses a shared email address, you need to use the shared email address and not your own.

E.g. support@domain.com or info@domain.com

4. New Email > Organizational Chart > Select department > Recipients

5. Check if the department's shared email address is included in the list of recipients.

6. Click Send.
