Is the totle menu too small to locate?
If the totle menu is too small to access the various functions, as shown in the image above, try the following steps to expand the totle menu
How to expand the totle menu:
1. Maximize the Outlook window
Maximize the Outlook window size!
You can view the various menu provided by totle in the expanded versions.
2. Use customize the ribbon to show your choice of ribbons for the expanded totle menu on the Home tab of Outlook.

1. Hover over the Home tab section and right-click.
2. Click the Customize the Ribbon menu.
3. The Outlook Options window pops up to show Customize the Ribbon.
4. Click the menus that you do not use frequently from the right side of the Main Tabs (Home tab) menu
5. If you have made your choice, you can hide the selected menus by clicking the Remove button in the middle.
6. After you have hidden the menus from the Home tab, the expanded totle menu will appear as shown in the image below.
