totle's Manage Spam function enables you to effectively manage spam emails 


Users of totle can directly report the risk posed by an email sender and check this data with other users, allowing quick identification of the risk posed by the sender.




How do I use the totle Manage Spam function?


Using totle's Manage Spam function, you can assess the risk posed by an incoming email sender, report the email as spam, or label it as safe content and share it with other totle users.


1) Click the email you wish to report as spam in your Inbox.

2) From the totle menu at the top of Outlook Home, select Manage Spam.

3) Click Mark as spam if the email is spam; otherwise, click Mark as safe.


If you mark an email as safe, you will see that the totle Manage Spam menu at the top changes to Safe.

Click the arrow below the icon to view the history of reports made by other users.


If you mark an email as spam, you will see that the totle Manage Spam menu at the top changes to Caution.
