Large Attachment


1) General Settings

1. You can set a detailed option for large file attachments.

2. You can activate the zip and encryption option for large file attachments by clicking the Use radio button.

3. Other than the zip and encryption, you can set extra settings for large attachments.


  1. Default setting for Storage: You can set default storage for large file attachments.
  2. Default storage per email: You can set default storage per email when the user sends an email.
  3. Minimum size for large attachments:  You can set the minimum size for large attachments. You can type -1 to attach files without any limitations.
  4. Default storage period: You can set the default storage period for large file attachments.
  5. Maximum storage period: You can set the maximum storage period for large file attachments.
  6. Automatically delete disabled large files:  You can turn on the automatic file deletion feature by clicking the Use radio button. The disabled large attachment files will be deleted every 23:59.
  7. Download maximum bandwidth: You can set the download maximum bandwidth. You can type -1 to set your download bandwidth without any limitations.


4. Make sure to Save button to apply your changes.

2) Allowed IPs

1. You can allow access to large file attachment features to certain IP addresses.

2. If you'd like to use this option, you have to activate the Allowed IP Option by clicking the Use radio button.

3. Go to the IP section and then click Add button.

4. Type an IP address and then the Save button.

5. Click the Save button again on the upper right-hand corner of the screen to apply your changes.

3) File Attached Mails

1. You can find all emails with large attachment files.

2. You can find more detailed information about the email and the attached files.

  1. Date Written: When did the user send the email with a large file attachment?
  2.  Email Subject: What is the email subject?
  3.  Sender: Who is the sender?
  4.  Sender Email: What is the sender's email address?
  5.  Recipient: Who is the recipient?
  6.  Cc (Carbon copy): Who are the Cc recipients?
  7.  Bcc (Blind carbon copy): Who are the Bcc recipients?

4) Attached Files

1. You can find all attached files here.

2. If you find an inappropriate file attachment, you can disable or delete the file as an administrator by clicking Disable or Delete file button on the right corner.

3. If you want to know more about the attached file, you can click the button located in the upper left-hand corner.

  1. Download log: You can find more detailed file download information including file name, size, sender and IP address, and so on.
  2. User: You can find more detailed user information 
  3. Session: You can find more detailed session information.
  4. Email with large file: You can find more information on the email with a large file.

5) Download Logs

1. You can find the download logs for large file attachments.

  1. Download Date
  2. File Name
  3. File Size
  4. Sender
  5. IP Address
  6. Operating System
  7. Device
  8. Browser

1. You can monitor monthly usage on large file attachments of users.
