Large Attachment


1. General Settings

  • Click Admin Tools → Large File Attachments → General Settings.


  • On the Basic Settings tab, you can modify and update the options listed below regarding the use of large file attachments.
    • Use the "Compress and Encrypt" function
    • Initally allocated storage limit
    • Initial attachment size limit per email
    • Minimum file size for large attachments
    • Large file retention period upon initial installation
    • Maximum retention period for large files
    • Automatically delete large inactivated files
    • Maximum bandwith for downloading large files


  • After configuring each option, click Save to save the changes

2.  Authorized IP Settings

  • Click Admin Tools → Large File Attachments → Authorized IP Settings.
  • If you choose to Enable the function on the Authorized IP Settings tab, large files can only be attached within the authorized IPs.
  • You can use the IP menu at the bottom of the Authorized IP Settings tab to add authorized IPs.
  • Enter the authorized IP and click the Add button to finish configuring the authorized IP settings.

3. Manage Large Emails

  • Click Admin Tools → Large File Attachments → Manage Large Emails.


  • On the Manage Large Emails tab, you can view details about the date and time a sender sent an email with large attachments.
    • Date created
    • Subject
    • From
    • To
    • Cc
    • Bcc
    • Email ID
    • User ID

4. Manage Large Files

  • Click Admin Tools → Large File Attachments → Manage Large Files.


  • On the Manage Large Files tab, you can view details of every large files downloaded.
    • Date and time the file was attached
    • Expiration date
    • Link Activation (Active / Inactive)
    • File status (Normal / Abnormal)
    • File Name
    • File Size
    • Email ID
    • User ID
  • If you want to know more about the attached file, you can click the button located in the upper left-hand corner.
  1. Download log: You can find more detailed file download information including file name, size, sender and IP address, and so on.
  2. User: You can find more detailed user information 
  3. Session: You can find more detailed session information.
  4. Email with large file: You can find more information on the email with a large file.

5. Manage Downloads Logs

  • Click Admin Tools → Large File Attachments → Manage Downloads Log.


  • On the Manage Downloads Log tab, you can view information about logs for downloaded large file attachments.
    • Download date and time
    • File Name
    • File Size
    • From (Sender)
    • Client Information
      • IP Address, Operating System, Device, Browser, totle Version)
    • File ID

6. Monthly Usage Statistics

  • Click Admin Tools → Large File Attachments → Monthly Usage Statistics.


  • On the Monthly Usage Statistics tab, you can view the monthly usage of large file attachments.
    • Year
    • Month
    • Number of large emails sent
    • Size of large files sent 
    • Total number of downloads
    • Total download traffic

7. User Usage - Number of Emails Sent per User

  • Click Admin Tools → Large File Attachments → User Usage (Number of Emails Sent per User).


  • On the User Usage (Number of Emails Sent per User) tab, you can view the number of large files sent by each user.
    • Email Account
    • Number of Large Emails Sent
    • Number of Large Files Sent
    • Total Size of all large files sent 
    • User ID
